Ricardo Knight, MD, MBA

Dr. Knight has over 25 years in physician rehabilitation and medical management. He has held positions at many prominent institutions including Harvard Medical School and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Dr. Knight has served as the medical director of the spinal cord program at Van Matre HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Rockford, IL. 

He has specialized training in pain management, musculoskeletal medicine, and musculoskeletal ultrasound.

 

Dr. Knight’s internal medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation training was received at Temple University in Philadelphia.  He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Additionally, Dr. Knight obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Dr. Knight is a member of several professional societies, including the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Association of Academic Physiatrists, American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine, and International Society of Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine.  He serves on the board of directors of UCAN, a child social service organization.
