Brittni L. Carolan, BSN, RN

Chief Nursing Officer

Brittni Carolan brings more than 15 years of healthcare experience to her role as Chief Nursing Officer at Milwaukee Rehabilitation Hospital. Having advanced through multiple clinical and leadership roles within the organization, she offers a strong understanding of the hospital’s culture, operations, and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care.

Prior to becoming Chief Nursing Officer, Brittni served as Interim Nurse Manager and Nursing Supervisor, where she led nursing operations, staffing coordination, and clinical oversight. She played an important role in strengthening workforce stability by supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding and educating new team members, and helping reduce reliance on agency staffing.

 

Brittni is actively involved in quality and safety initiatives and has contributed to committees focused on fall prevention, documentation accuracy, and skin management to support improved patient outcomes.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and her Associate Degree in Nursing from Bryant & Stratton College. Brittni holds a Wisconsin multi-state RN license and maintains certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
